Don’t sleep on this game. Gobblet Gobblers is a really clever multidimensional take on tic tac toe. It’s unexpectedly challenging because it’s hard to anticipate the myriad ways you can be defeated. There are so many potential moves.
I bought this for my son's 7th birthday. We've played it a few times and will play it again. It's better than you would think for planning out moves and trying to trick your opponent into making a bad one.
Great game! Fun for the whole family. You can only have 2 players, but this is a great table game. We keep on our kitchen table and play a game whenever eating lunch, or just having out. My 9 year old loves this.
I play this game with my 7 year old granddaughter. It is easy, fun, requires a little bit of thinking ahead and strategy! My granddaughter loves it and beats me many times! Very easy to set up, boxed well. You can play for 5 minutes or 30, however long you like.
My son is 6 and picks this game up quickly.
I purchased this to play with my five-year-old granddaughter. She loves it! It is taking her awhile to get the strategy down, but slowly she is getting it.
Finding games to play with preschoolers that doesn't make you want to scream is a challenge. This is one that works. The game, which is similar to tic-tac-toe, takes 30-60 seconds, so you can play several times in one sitting. Because of the "gobbling" factor there is more strategy used which will be a learning lesson as we continue to play.
If you know how to play tic tack toe then this game is the next step up! Helps kids learn logic and strategy in a basic fun way.
This game is so much fun!!! A huge step up from regular tic-tac-toe, this game is easy enough to play with a 5 year old but fun as an adult. Lots of opportunities to teach strategy and thinking through potential moves.
This is so much fun and I love watching my son strategize and think critically. He’s 5 years old and has started beating me more often than I beat him!! We can easily play for 30 minutes without him tiring of it.
This is a wonderfully fun twist on tic-tac-toe! It really makes you think and strategize.
